Here Are Some of the Poses to Get Reduce Belly Fat

1. Tree – This pose helps tone the muscles in your legs and build strength. It can also help to reduce any belly fat that you have because it works off your core! To do this pose, stand straight with your feet together. Lift one foot up so that the sole is pressed against the inner thigh of the standing leg. Press down on the standing foot so that all four corners are pressing into the floor for balance. If you need more of a challenge, lift your arms above your head while gripping opposite elbows. Stay in this pose for about thirty seconds before switching to the other side.

2. Crow – This pose helps strengthen and tone more than just your arms; it tones both shoulder muscles as well as works off some belly fat! To start, get into a plank position with your shoulders over your wrists. Bring one leg up to meet your elbow on the same side, then switch legs. Make sure you don’t lock out either knee and keep both hips squared forward. To start, lie down on your back with your feet flat against the ground hip-width apart. Rotate your arms so that they’re straight above your head before lifting them towards the ceiling as you lift your hips up toward the sky. Your body should form a straight line from your shoulders to your hips. For more of a challenge, reach up with both hands and try to hold the pose for thirty seconds before gently releasing back down.

4. Cow Face Arms – This is another great pose for getting rid of any belly fat that you have! It’s not only helpful in getting rid of lower belly fat, but it can also help get rid of love handles too! Start by standing tall with feet hip-width apart. Then, cross your right arm over your left so that they’re crossed underneath each other. You can then either grab onto both wrists or just hold onto one. Then, lean forward slightly while keeping your spine long until you feel it stretching in the lower belly.

5. Garland – This is a great pose for breathing and calming the body, but it’s also one of the best yoga poses to lose weight! It can help tone your abs as well as your thighs. Start by standing tall with your feet together. Bring both arms up so they’re in line with your shoulders and slowly bend them so that you reach down towards opposite elbows. If you have trouble keeping both palms facing downward, try having one palm facing down while the other faces outward toward the ceiling. Then hold this pose for thirty seconds before repeating on the other side!
